About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Category Manager to lead our Mattress and Bed categories in our DTC channel for the French Market. You will be responsible for shaping the long-term category strategy by defining the product portfolio, pricing, and positioning, while ensuring our assortment remains competitive, customer‑centric, and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, based in Lisbon, you'll work cross‑functionally with Ecommerce, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Supply Chain to drive product success throughout the entire lifecycle. You will also ensure compelling product communication across all customer touchpoints, leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities, and lead strategic category initiatives that strengthen our product offering and long‑term performance.
