Customer Support Operator with Portuguese and English

About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Working schedule: 2/2 shift pattern: two consecutive day shifts (10:00 AM–10:00 PM, GMT+3), followed by two days off, then two consecutive night shifts (10:00 PM–10:00 AM, GMT+3).

Tasks

• Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);
• Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
• Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
• Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal;
• Previous experience on a similar position would be considered an advantage;
• Customer focus personality;
• Great communication and analytical skills.
