CB Talents in Porto is seeking a customer support specialist fluent in Portuguese to join a hybrid, flexible team. You will assist customers via chat, email, or phone and deliver high-quality, friendly service during rotating shifts, including nights.

Day shifts are on-site while the 18:00–03:00 shift is 100% remote from home; rest days rotate. This role offers a base salary of €920/month paid 14 times a year, plus meal and monthly allowances and night/weekend bonuses.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level in Portuguese (spoken and written) plus B2 English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €920.00 / month (paid 14 times per year)
• Monthly Allowance: €110.00 / month (paid 12 times per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.90 per working day
• Extra Earnings: Additional bonuses for night and weekend coverage!

Work Schedule & Hybrid Structure

• Location: Porto (Hybrid)
• Shifts: Rotational schedule covering Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 03:00.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Daytime shifts are worked on-site, and the last shift (18:00 to 03:00) is worked 100% remotely from home.
• Rest Days: 2 rotational days off per week.
