Job summary

A Randstad Portugal está a recrutar um Customer Support Agent para um cliente líder em soluções de pagamento, com base em Lisboa. Serás a linha de frente no suporte a clientes B2B, respondendo por telefone, email e chat, e verificando informações de contas com rigor.

O papel exige fluência em espanhol e inglês (C1), pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em atendimento, e uma forte orientação para o cliente. O posto é presencial em Lisboa, com horários rotativos 24/7 incluindo turnos noturnos.

Qualifications

• 1 ano mínimo de experiência em atendimento ao cliente, com foco no cliente.
• Fluência em espanhol e inglês (Nível C1), escrito e falado.
• Ensino médio completo é obrigatório.
• Excelentes habilidades de trabalho em equipa e comunicação.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente rápido e multitarefa.
• Atenção aos detalhes e bom raciocínio para resolução de problemas.

Responsibilities

• Atendimento B2B ao cliente, atuando como ponta de lança do suporte.
• Suporte via telefone, email e chat.
• Identificar titulares de conta e verificar informações.
• Assegurar conformidade com as diretrizes regulatórias.
• Manter elevado nível de profissionalismo e excelência no suporte.
• Proporcionar resoluções rápidas e eficazes para as solicitações dos clientes.
