Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Support SMB advertisers by chat, email and phone.
• Give pre- and post-sales support on self-serve advertising tools.
• Troubleshoot product and tool issues and guide clients to success.
• Deliver a warm, friendly experience. Your main KPI is customer satisfaction (CSAT).
