Smartex in Porto is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own the post-sales relationship across onboarding, engagement, monitoring, and upselling. You will guide customers through the journey using calls, emails, webinars, and in-person visits, ensuring value from Smartex.ai technologies.

You will build trusted relationships with day-to-day users and decision-makers, coordinate with product, engineering, and operations, and help customers achieve growth and renewals while maintaining

Qualificações

• +4 years of relevant work experience dealing with customers.
• Background in textile manufacturing, industrial inspection, or adjacent industrial sectors.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written) — mandatory.
• Experience in B2C or B2B SaaS customer success.
• Proven problem-solver with experience working across cross-functional teams (operations, sales, product, engineering, marketing).
• Self-driven with a proactive nature.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding of new customers and drive productive adoption.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers across several countries via calls, emails, webinars, and visits.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and outcomes; identify friction and feed improvements to Product/Engineering.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals and long-term retention.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues and maintain records.
