Smartex.ai is seeking a Customer Success Specialist based in Porto to own the post-sales journey for a multi-country portfolio, from onboarding to renewal.

You will run onboarding sessions, engage with users and decision-makers, monitor adoption, and identify upsell opportunities, while coordinating with Ops, Sales, Product and Engineering to maximize value. Fluency in Portuguese and English and a proactive, well-organised approach are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B or B2C SaaS.
• Background in textile manufacturing, industrial inspection, or adjacent sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
• Experience working across cross-functional teams (ops, sales, product, engineering, marketing).
• Self-driven, proactive, well organized, and able to multitask.
• Proven leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-sales journey across onboarding, engagement, monitoring and upselling.
• Manage a portfolio of customers across multiple countries with calls, emails, webinars, and visits.
• Act as customer advocate and route issues to the right teams.
• Monitor usage and outcomes; identify friction and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to close gaps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account history.
