Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service specialist to support airline customers by phone, delivering a high-quality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) with strong communication and empathy.

The position is on-site in Lisbon, with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00. A welcome bonus and monthly performance bonus support new hires as they settle in.

At a glance

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
• Languages: Spanish (C1) + English (B2)
• Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours/week, rotating shifts between 08.00 - 21.00
• Salary: €920 per month, paid over 14 times a year
• €1,000 welcome bonus
• Performance bonus: €120/month
