Haworth is seeking a Customer Service and Supply Chain specialist to organize orders from entry through installation in the Lisbon area. You will act as a key link between customers, dealers and internal teams, coordinating order fulfillment, logistics and installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in customer service and supply chain, with fluent German, strong communication and Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Organizes and supports the smooth execution of customer orders from order entry through to final installation. Acts as a key link between customers, dealers and internal teams, coordinating order fulfillment, logistics and installation to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Clarify and validate customer and dealer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with sales terms and specific trade agreements.
Monitor order lead times, communicate delays and revised delivery dates to customers and dealers, and reschedule orders when required.
Coordinate shipments with the logistics team, either directly to the customer site or to the installation partner.
Arrange installations when applicable, coordinating directly with installers or project managers.
Manage the order backlog and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding activities.
Support customers, dealers and Sales teams with their requests and project implementation.
Coordinate pricing requests, advance invoices and proforma invoices when required.
Degree or post-graduation studies in Business Support, Business Services, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain, ideally within an industrial environment.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and coordinate different internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
Proactive, flexible, and cooperative working style, with a strong sense of accountability.
Fluent in German (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
