Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring customer service representatives to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. The role requires fluency in German and English and involves handling inquiries by phone, email and chat.

You will record interactions in the case management system, meet quality targets and participate in paid training and onboarding. The position is on-site in Lisbon with rotating 24/7 shifts.
