Cross Border Talents is hiring customer service representatives in Porto to support an international client. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries in German and English, using the provided tools and knowledge base to resolve questions with care and accuracy.

You will work in a hybrid Porto setup from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and join a multinational team focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Training and growth opportunities are provided to develop your career.
