Job summary

Personalbüro U. Herrmann is seeking English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is office-based and full-time, with comprehensive onboarding and about 17 days of paid training.

You will support customers across channels, handling product inquiries, account questions, and platform support to ensure a world-class experience. Rotating shifts and an international environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses by delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels. You’ll assist customers with product inquiries, account-related questions, and platform support, helping them get the most out of innovative digital solutions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
