Job summary

Transcom in Portugal is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will support B2B and B2C customers across channels, handling inquiries and providing solutions with empathy.

The role offers paid training, an international, inclusive environment, and opportunities for internal growth as many senior roles are filled internally. A 24/7 shift pattern is required on rotation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Danish at C1 or native level in writing and speaking.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Good computer skills and ability to use internal applications.
• Strong empathy in written communication and analytical troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B and B2C customer support via multiple channels.
• Handle inbound calls and back-office tasks including emails and chats.
• Use internal applications to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Support multiple products across markets.

In this role you will:

• Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels
• Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls
• Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications
• Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets

To be successful in this role

• C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Danish
• B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English
• Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included)
• Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule
• Good computer skills (required)
• Ability to generate empathy in written form
• Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to manage time and meet goals
