You will contact businesses to schedule collection of rented logistics equipment, handle calls, and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and collaboration within an international team, with training and a contract from day one.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
07:00 – 16:00

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English and native/fluent Danish skills;
• Strong communication and listening abilities;
• Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset;
• Attention to detail and persistence;
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence using digital tools.
