United Talent Acquisition in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service & Content Reviewer for French speakers to join a global tech platform. You will review and moderate content, respond to user inquiries, and help keep a safe online environment.

Fluent French and English required with strong attention to detail and empathy. Remote work is possible for Portugal residents, with a 12-month renewable contract and full training, bonuses, health benefits, and holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines

Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues

Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory

What You'll Get
