Location: Lisbon (Remote work is possible, but only for candidates residing in Portugal)
Language Requirements: Fluent Dutch + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month renewable (option for permanent contract)
Relocation Support: Available for international candidates

What You'll Be Doing
  • Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines
  • Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues
  • Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations
  • Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
  • Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory
  • Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
