United Talent Acquisition is seeking a Customer Support and Content Reviewer for Dutch Speakers. Based in Lisbon with possible remote work for residents of Portugal, the role requires fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher and a focus on high-quality content moderation and customer support.

In this position you will review and classify online content, respond to user inquiries, and escalate risks when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines

Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues

Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone

Identify and escalation potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations

Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules

Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content

Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach

Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory

Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

What You'll Get

Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)

12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
