What You’ll Be Doing

• Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines
• Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account‑related issues
• Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone
• Identify and elevate potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations
• Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules
• Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
• Empathetic communicator with a solution‑oriented approach
• Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory
• Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
