Main Responsibilities

• Management of personal and departmental email, forwarding and follow-up
• Entering material requests, following up on their supply and invoicing
• Supporting the sales team with delivery status requests, stock, material codes
• Management and forwarding of customer complaints
• Management of the customer and equipment database
• Interaction with other departments, whenever necessary

Requirements

• High School and/or Bachelor's Degree in Health or similar fields (preferably)
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and/or S4
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Intermediate level of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organisational and priority management skills
• Resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
