Job summary

Sidel in Santa Maria da Feira is seeking a Sales Administrator to bridge customer commitments with smooth order-to-cash processes. You will manage sales orders, track payments, and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

You'll work with colleagues across functions, apply standard sales-administration methods, and leverage SAP and CEP. A higher education in international business or related field and fluency in English (plus a second language) are required.

Responsibilities

• Track each account through final payment, following up on overdue or delayed payments.
• Apply common methodologies and tools, coordinating with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain a consistent customer experience.
