Job summary

Sidel is seeking a Project Manager Supply within its Services organization in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. You will bridge engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to coordinate services projects from Kick-Off to FAT and final delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• MS Office proficiency; CAD/AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of the beverage industry, conveying systems, industrial systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings and use engineering terminology.
• Growth mindset, resilience, team orientation, and willingness to travel globally for short-term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Services projects from Kick-Off through FAT, including shipment follow-up and commissioning activities
• Organise and drive projects with alignment across all stakeholders and adherence to delivery milestones
• Conduct and lead risk assessments while monitoring project costs, timing, and execution performance
• Secure run-off activities, internal qualifications, and readiness for customer acceptance phases
• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and FAT activities with customers, supporting a customer-centric approach through strong communication
• Follow up on shipment, installation, and site activities in close collaboration with global teams and partners
