Job summary

Vtv Portugal, Unipessoal Lda is seeking a Sales Support Orders Administrator in Lisbon. You will handle Order-To-Cash processes in SAP, respond to customer inquiries, and manage sales orders and delivery schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years in Customer Service/Order Processing, strong SAP experience (PS4/P41) and advanced Excel skills, with excellent communication in an international setting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Service/Order Processing.
• Solid SAP experience (PS4/P41) and proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP and other systems; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Process sales orders and manage fulfilment; track delivery schedules and arrange shipping.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers, and customers on inquiries, material availability, and lead times.
