Responsibilities

• Manage a market-dedicated account portfolio with Accounts Managers.
• Process orders end-to-end from placement to invoicing and follow-up.
• Enter and follow up on complaints; manage customer requests in SFDC/SAP.
• Gain market knowledge and participate in improvement projects.
