TP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. You will provide inbound support for bookings and services, help customers with payments, shipping, returns and account questions, and address changes and complaints with professionalism.

The role emphasizes clear communication, confidentiality, and a customer-first mindset. Training and development opportunities are offered, with easy access to public transport to our offices.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal communication in German (C2)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound customer service for bookings and services.
• Assist with payments, shipping, returns and customer accounts questions.
• Manage changes, complaints and other customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods;
• Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return and exchange and further questions about customer accounts;
• Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.
