Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Resolution Advisor on-site to uphold customer rights and deliver service excellence. You will respond to inquiries, verify rights, and guide customers through the process with a focus on quality and timely resolution.

The role requires fluency in French and English, strong communication skills, and prior customer service or travel industry experience. On-site position with local training and growth opportunities in a dynamic, global company.

Formación

• Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism/travel is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Resolution Advisor, you will:

• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
• Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
• Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

• Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
