OLX in Lisboa is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across email, push, and in-product channels, collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth across OLX categories.

You will build automated lifecycle journeys for buyers and sellers, test and optimize, and help expand our consented contact base. Fluency in business English and experience with Braze are essential; this role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a hybrid,

Competenze

• 4–6 years of marketing experience with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention.
• Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.

Mansioni

• Deliver CRM messages and campaigns across email, push and in-product channels.
• Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for buyers and sellers.
• Grow the addressable base of consented contacts and monitor data quality.
• Design, run and read tests and explain business impact.
• Set weekly priorities with the Strategy Lead and report results.
