Qualificações

• Fluent English and French (C1+).
• Hands-on with major CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino.
• Strong data analysis and campaign metrics experience.

CRM Marketing Specialist (French Speaker)

Are you passionate about CRM, marketing automation and data-driven customer engagement? We're looking for a CRM Campaign to join an international team and play a key role in delivering impactful, personalized customer communications. If you enjoy combining data, technology and marketing to create seamless customer journeys, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing CRM campaigns from end to end, building audience segmentation, launching omnichannel communications, analysing performance metrics and continuously improving campaign effectiveness. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll do

• Manage the full CRM campaign lifecycle, from briefing to execution and performance analysis.
• Build advanced audience segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management or Customer Marketing.
• Fluent English and French (C1 level or above).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign performance metrics and customer data.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Power BI or advanced Excel skills.
• CRM or Marketing Automation certifications.
