Savills Plc seeks an experienced CRM Manager to roll out and maximise adoption of its CRM platform across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with stakeholders across countries to drive adoption, embed new ways of working, and maximise the commercial value of client data and insights.

The role focuses on engagement, training, and change management to empower colleagues to leverage CRM effectively, while partnering with business and technology teams to shape enhancements and governance.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing and driving adoption of CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to drive behavioural change in large, international organisations.
• Experience with data governance and delivering actionable insights.
