Convatec is seeking a Team Leader - CRM Operations, Governance & Reporting to lead a Europe-wide CRM operations team, delivering standardized reporting, ensuring data governance, and providing high-quality user support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, IT, and Global CRM to drive operational excellence, governance, and scalable analytics.

Qualificações

Significant experience supporting CRM operations, reporting, or sales effectiveness functions.
Experience leading analytics projects and translating business requirements into CRM solutions.
Strong governance and data quality focus with GDPR awareness.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a team of CRM Analysts delivering CRM operations, reporting, user support, and data governance.
Own CRM operations across Europe, including configuration, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
Drive standardized reporting and commercial insights with BI tools and KPI governance.
Partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, IT, and Global CoE to enable data-driven decisions.
Maintain governance, data quality, audits, and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
