We are recruiting a SAP CRM Functional Lead to join a global consulting organisation with operations in Lisbon.

We're looking for a senior professional with strong expertise in SAP CRM and a track record of leading functional delivery in complex, multinational environments.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar;
• 12–15+ years of SAP CRM functional experience;
• Experience delivering end-to-end CRM programmes, including migration initiatives
• Solid knowledge of CRM Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center and Web UI;
• Experience with integrations through PI/PO/CPI and connections with multiple SAP and non-SAP systems;
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication capabilities;
• Fluency in English.

Preferred

• Experience with S/4HANA roadmaps and Clean Core principles;
• Ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and functional delivery;
• Configure SAP CRM components and oversee integrations;
• Support data migration activities and testing cycles;
• Ensure alignment with project governance, quality standards and best practices;
• Coordinate with global teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
