Mastercard in Lisbon seeks a Product Management CRM Specialist to drive customer engagement for the Business Intelligence platform. You will design and execute email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and reporting to promote platform capabilities and value.

Collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams is essential as you track performance, gather feedback, and maintain CRM databases to ensure high-quality communications.

Qualificações

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer engagement, communications, or related field.
• Experience executing email campaigns and supporting webinar or virtual event programs.
• Fluent English required; Spanish/Portuguese/French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, execute, and maintain email campaigns and newsletters.
• Host customer webinars and manage event setup, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Track campaign and webinar performance metrics and identify trends.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to improve communications and engagement programs.
• Maintain CRM databases, audience lists, calendars, and dashboards.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices in communications and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support engagement initiatives.
