Revolut is seeking a Growth-focused marketing platform professional to own the customer communications platform, ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability across global campaigns.

You will oversee a routing system that targets the right customers, enforce governance, and work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate business needs into platform capabilities. Strong CRM and lifecycle expertise is required to drive measurable P&L impact.

Qualificações

• Experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations in a hyper-growth, global tech company.
• Expertise in customer lifecycle and communications, including segmentation, routing/orchestration, channel management, cooldowns, and send governance.
• Solid platform and systems instincts to own the technical architecture of marketing channels, in collaboration with engineers.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, templating, and self-serve publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of LLM-based routing or decisioning models, and governance (volume controls, guardrails, QC).
• Commercial mindset with proven impact on P&L through marketing channels.
• Ability to turn messy operational problems into clear, hard-coded rules and scalable systems.
• Proven success aligning commercial, technical, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform behind customer communications, ensuring speed, reliability and scalability.
• Oversee routing to the right customer, set sensible limits, and sign off on one-off sends.
• Implement guardrails with templates, rules, and quality checks to maintain high quality as volumes grow.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate business needs into platform capabilities.
• Report on revenue outcomes from in-app marketing channels.
