VML is seeking a Business Analyst with CMS or DXP experience to join its Delivery team in Portugal on a contract basis. You will document business needs, write user stories and collaborate with clients, product owners and developers.

The role requires experience in ecommerce projects, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. You'll run workshops, map processes, and help deliver high quality online experiences for leading brands.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners /Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience as a BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Keen to learn and to challenge for smarter ways of doing things; a team player who wants to share it.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver quality and customer satisfaction.
