VML seeks a Business Analyst with CMS/DXP experience to join our Delivery team in Portugal on a contract basis. You will document business needs, run workshops, and translate requirements into user stories for web content management projects.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to design efficient solutions, estimate work, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience as a BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Customer-first mindset with initiative to keep clients happy, including some client-location work.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of Agile software delivery.
• Business Process mapping and engineering.
• eCommerce and retail / brand experience.
• Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
• Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
• Identify and assess options for solutions for technical and business fit.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Maintain client relationships across the organisation.
• Escalate critical client issues as needed.
