WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal (Faro) is seeking a Business Analyst with CMS/DXP and ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You’ll document business needs, write user stories, and collaborate with clients and the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes.

You will engage stakeholders, run workshops, and translate requirements into actionable plans, while working across platforms like Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, and Sitecore.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce or experience projects.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA work on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, or content migrations.
• Highly proactive, team player with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for solutions and assess technical and business fit.
• Create logical solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
• Analyse business systems to drive efficiencies and provide estimates for analysis work.
• Communicate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of new systems as required.
• Plan and adapt to meet deadlines and stay ahead of industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues when needed.
