Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with ecommerce/experience project background to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories and work with stakeholders and an Agile delivery team to ensure solutions meet expectations.

You’ll lead workshops, map processes, assess options, and collaborate with developers, testers and end users to deliver high-quality online experiences for brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce or experience projects.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects.
• Experience working on Experience projects.
• Proactive, detail-focused team player with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to work at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess technical/business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to business problems.
• Present proposals to clients and work with Scrum/delivery teams to go live.
• Analyse business systems to identify efficiencies and provide estimates.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of new systems as required.
• Maintain client relationships and escalate critical issues as needed.
