Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator to support our client's social media guidelines and ensure quality service.

Fluent in Hungarian (C1) and English (B2), you will review content, apply policies, and handle sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Hungarian (C1) and English (B2).
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Able to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and local market expertise.
• Familiar with social media products and digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client according to MSA and SOW and knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce platform policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding confidentiality.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Hungarian (C1)
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working with moderation service industry
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
