Concentrix is seeking a Content Moderator (Hungarian-Speaking) for our Lisbon office. You will play a vital role in supporting our client’s social media areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained while contributing to service improvements.

Your responsibilities include reviewing content, monitoring user behaviour, and applying guidelines consistently. Ideal candidates will have fluency in Hungarian (C1) and English (B2), along with a college degree or equivalent diploma.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Hungarian and English is required.
• Minimum education qualification of a college degree.
• Experience is preferred in the moderation service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels.
• Escalate issues according to guidelines.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies.
