Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is looking for a Content Moderator to support our client's social media guidelines. This on-site role requires working across 24/7 rotating shifts, with a focus on quality review and policy enforcement.

You will use your Dutch (C1) and English (B2) skills, have a college degree, and bring knowledge of e-commerce. We provide full paid training, a central Lisbon location, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• You must have at least a college degree or equivalent.
• You fluently communicate in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in moderation or social media review is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and quality standards.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and SOW knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

What you will do in this role

Your qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Dutch (C1)
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working with moderation service industry
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
