Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our Lisbon-based team. You will review user-generated content for compliance with platform policies and legal standards, ensuring high accuracy while adhering to latency and quality metrics.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with two days off per week. Native Czech and English at B2 level are required, plus experience in content moderation or related areas is a strong asset.

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Czech-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.

Your Role

Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks.

Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Czech and good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.
• Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
