Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Czech‑speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e‑commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast‑paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance.

As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e‑commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.

Your Role

• Review user‑generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics.

• Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures.

• Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes.

• Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks.

• Full‑time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Your Qualifications

• Native‑level fluency in Czech and good command of English (B2 level minimum).

• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.

• Background or strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms.

• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.

• Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
