Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our Lisbon-based team. You will review user-generated content for compliance with platform policies and legal standards, ensuring high accuracy while adhering to latency and quality metrics.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with two days off per week. Native Czech and English at B2 level are required, plus experience in content moderation or related areas is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Czech native-level fluency and English B2 or higher.
• Experience with content moderation or related customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content for compliance with platform policies and laws.
• Escalate issues following internal procedures and maintain accuracy under SLAs.
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and platform changes.
• Support content safety across media types during peak periods.
