CloserHire is hiring a Czech-speaking Content Moderator based in Lisbon for an e-commerce project. You will review user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards, and support content safety across media types.

The role involves rotative 24/7 shifts with two days off weekly in a modern Lisbon office. Native Czech and at least English B2 are required, along with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Czech and at least English B2.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with content moderation or customer service is beneficial.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy within latency and quality targets.
• Support content safety across media types and adapt to peak periods.
