The Lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Content Moderator for an on-site, full-time position on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on moderating content to meet SLAs and safety guidelines while staying up-to-date with policy changes.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Czech, with English at B2 level, and demonstrate strong moderation, communication, and customer-service skills. The position requires shift work from Monday to Sunday, 24/7 coverage readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products, services and standards.
• Review content in line with SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to policy updates and schedule changes, following SOPs.
• Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

Position: Content Moderator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Czech both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7)
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
