The role involves rotative 24/7 shifts with two days off weekly in a modern Lisbon office. Native Czech and at least English B2 are required, along with strong communication and decision-making skills.

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Czech-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge. Your Role Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week. Your Qualifications Native-level fluency in Czech and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. The Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives. Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
