You will translate policy changes into daily actions, maintain high standards, and respond quickly to evolving guidelines while meeting SLAs and supporting seasonal volumes.

In this role, you will play a vital part in guaranteeing product standards and ensuring a safe, trustworthy experience for global users.

What you will be doing:

• Content Review: Analyze and moderate content in line with strict policy guidelines and Service Levels (SLAs).
• Quality Control: Guarantee high product and service standards while maintaining consistent, objective, and accurate decision-making.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure safety and legal compliance for all user-generated content.
• Operational Excellence: Escalate complex issues according to protocols and adapt quickly to policy shifts and peak seasonal volumes.

• Attendance Bonus: €100.
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 (net) per working day.
