Job summary

Intersoft Team SRL in Lisbon is seeking a bilingual moderator to oversee e-commerce content, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

You will review content, adapt to policy updates, handle high workloads during peak periods, and collaborate with colleagues through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Czech (verbal and written) and fluent English (B2).
• Strong moderation skills with clear communication, sound judgment, and local market insight.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods.
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7).
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and balanced decision-making.
• Modern office in a city center with easy access by public transport.

Requirements

• Native/fluent in Czech both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
  
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
