Job description

Are you fluent in French and English currently based in Portugal? Join an international customer service team in Lisbon and develop your experience in a professional, multicultural environment.

Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal – On-site (No relocation support is provided)

• Performance & attendance bonus up to €80


• €7 meal allowance per working day

Work Schedule: Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day; 2 rotating days off per week

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and provide clear and effective solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
