Ando Living is launching an exclusive 16-villa resort in Comporta and seeks a Guest Experience Agent/Front Desk to warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless stay. You will manage arrivals, reservations, and requests, while offering local recommendations and maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or lifestyle hospitality environments.
• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Manage reservations, guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with professionalism.
• Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Act as a local host, recommending restaurants, events, and authentic experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless service delivery.
• Ensure the brand’s premium service standards are consistently delivered.
