Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager. The role covers guest rooms, villas, and public areas, ensuring top standards and a seamless guest experience.

You will oversee the team, implement SOPs, manage schedules and payroll logistics, and coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

• Strong operational, organisational and quality-control skills.

• Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead, organise and develop the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Oversee room inspections, arrivals, departures and turndown.
• Implement and maintain Housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage schedules, staffing, stock, linen and departmental administration.
• Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
